While you wait for us

Only if it's safe to do so. If you're unsure, stay out of the water and call us.

  1. Shut off the main water valve

Stop the source first, if you can reach it safely.

  2. Turn off power to affected rooms

If it's safe, switch off the breakers for the wet rooms.

  3. Take photos for your claim

Photograph the water, the source and anything damaged before it's moved.

  4. Move valuables off the floor

Lift what you can. Don't use a household vacuum on standing water.

How we restore your home

Water damage worsens by the hour. Here's what happens from the moment we arrive.

  1. Inspection and mitigation plan

Our certified specialists document the damage and build a mitigation plan. You get a written scope before work begins.

  2. Extract the water

We move belongings as needed, remove standing water with extraction equipment, then check for remaining water with thermal imaging and moisture meters.

  3. Disinfect all surfaces

Affected surfaces are cleaned and disinfected with antimicrobials as needed.

  4. Dry the property

Air movers, dehumidifiers and specialty equipment remove the moisture. We confirm the dry standard is met and document completion.

We find the water you can't see

The water you can see is only part of it. Every job uses thermal imaging and moisture meters to find hidden moisture, so it gets dried too.

  • Daily moisture readings, compared to the dry standard for each material
  • Equipment stays until the readings say your home is dry
  • Most homes dry in three to five days

  • Jaxon, Ryan, Johnny, James, and all of Flood Rescue were fantastic in helping with cleaning up and drying up water damage in 3 of the rooms in our house. They were all patient, kind, respectful, and always kept open communication with us throughout the entire process! Highly recommend this company! Would definitely call again if issues popped up in the future.

  • We’ve had nothing but the best service by this company. The project manager showed up and was super knowledgeable, walked me through what was to happen and helped me file a claim. Then, the two young guys that came out, Chris and Cody were exactly what your want in a situation like this. They were personable, super polite to my kids and at the same time, they were nothing but professional. This was their on-call week and I can tell they’ve gone non-stop the past few days but even then, they were quick and efficient. I really hope their bosses see their value! I am a manager myself and truly hope for employees that dedicated to the work. They were much appreciated and it speaks volumes about the company! Hire them in your time of need.

  • They got us taken care of entirely, on short notice, and pretty late at night. They even gave us a great recommendation for an HVAC guy and a guy to install the sheet rock after our attic finishes drying out.

Great company, thanks for the emergency assist.
