Considering this was our first experience with having to deal with a slab leak and clean up everyone that we dealt with was amazing! From our first interaction with Caleb explaining the process to Collin and Karter during the demo and set up of the equipment and “bubble” to Nick, Ryan, and Jaxson coming back to check on the drying progress all were very respectful and polite. Also shout out to Collin who did an excellent job at delivering bad news to me when they kept finding more water damage.

Flood rescue has been great to work with so far. I had a leak in my upstairs that came through my kitchen ceiling. My plumber recommended them and from the time their project manager came out (same day as the leak occurred) to assess the water damage to the remediation crew arriving at my house was about 30 minutes. Johnny and Frankie were professional and were courteous about working in someone else’s home. They removed the wet drywall, set up dehumidifiers, air movers and sanitized any mold spots they found. I would highly recommend working with this company for any water remediation needs.
